Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PixSort Plus mobile application ("App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Transfer your license to any third party

3. App Functionality

PixSort Plus uses on-device artificial intelligence (Apple Vision framework) to analyze and categorize your photos. You acknowledge that:

• Photo categorization is performed by AI and may not always be perfectly accurate
• The App requires access to your photo library to function
• Organizing photos creates albums in your iOS Photos app
• Deleting duplicate photos moves them to the "Recently Deleted" album, where they can be recovered within 30 days

4. In-App Purchases

The App uses a credit-based system for accessing certain features. Regarding purchases:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Credits are consumable and are spent when unlocking scan results
• A lifetime unlock option is available as a non-consumable purchase
• Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies
• Credits and purchases are non-transferable

5. Photo Library Access

By granting photo library access, you acknowledge that:

• The App will read your photos for analysis and categorization
• The App may create albums and organize photos in your library
• The App may delete photos you explicitly mark for deletion
• All photo processing occurs on your device; no photos are uploaded or transmitted
• You can revoke photo library access at any time through iOS Settings

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate credits or app functionality
• Interfere with the App's normal operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI CATEGORIZATION WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNINTENDED CHANGES TO YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PHOTOS OR DATA.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
